Luxury Presence Launches Unified AI Platform for Real Estate Agents
Luxury Presence unveiled a redesigned platform that consolidates client management, marketing, and advertising tools into a single system. The update adds four capabilities: an AI-powered CRM, social media management, listing ads, and homeowner reports. The company serves 87,000 agents across 18,000 real estate businesses.
The AI CRM surfaces daily outreach priorities by analyzing an agent's contacts, communication history, website activity, and life events. It draws from a proprietary database of 280 million Americans and generates draft messages ready to send. The system learns from 700 million annual interactions across the platform.
Social media management generates Instagram and Facebook posts from listing photos and an agent's brand profile. Posts are created, scheduled, and tracked within the platform. Agents review and approve each post before publication.
Listing Ads automatically markets selected properties when they go live, with creative and targeting handled by the AI system. Agents see no management fees beyond ad spend. Each campaign produces a branded performance report to share with sellers.
Homeowner Reports gives past clients a branded dashboard showing their home's value, equity, and local market activity. The system alerts agents when past clients show renewed activity, signaling opportunities for follow-up or referrals.
The platform employs over 500 marketers, designers, and strategists who work alongside the AI to refine strategy and tune models to individual agent voices and markets. CEO Malte Kramer said agents typically juggle a dozen disconnected tools and lack time to manage their own marketing. "The Presence Platform changes that," he said.
Agents using the platform grow six times faster and close nearly three times more transaction volume than peers in the same markets, according to the company. The platform powers $450 billion in annual transaction volume.
Luxury Presence raised $37 million earlier this year, led by Bessemer Venture Partners. The company has achieved over 110% annual recurring revenue growth since its 2023 Series B-1 funding round. Thirty percent of Wall Street Journal RealTrends top agents and teams use the platform.
