Luxury Presence launched a new unified platform today that consolidates client management, marketing, and advertising tools for real estate agents. The move brings together four capabilities-a CRM system, social media management, listing ads, and homeowner reports-all powered by the company's AI system.

The platform serves more than 87,000 agents across 18,000 real estate businesses. Those using Luxury Presence grow six times faster and close nearly three times more transaction volume than competitors in the same markets, according to the company.

What the Platform Does

The AI CRM surfaces a prioritized daily list of contacts who need outreach, explains why the moment matters, and drafts a message ready to send. The system enriches contact data using communication history, website activity, life events, and a proprietary database of over 280 million Americans.

Social media management generates on-brand posts and Reels for Instagram and Facebook from listing photos. Agents review and approve posts before publishing, combining human judgment with AI speed and scale.

Listing ads automatically market selected properties when they go live, optimized by AI across creative, targeting, and budget. The company charges no management fees on top of ad spend.

Homeowner reports give past clients a branded dashboard showing home value, equity, and local market activity. Monthly updates keep agents in the conversation with clients, and the system alerts agents when past clients show renewed activity.

Presence AI trains on over 700 million annual interactions and fifteen billion data points collected across the platform each year. The system improves with each interaction.
