Math Magic closes Series A+ with nearly $50 million in total funding

Math Magic, an AI creation company focused on AI-powered manufacturing and commerce, has closed its Series A+ round, bringing total funding across two rounds in six months to nearly $50 million. BAI Capital and HyT Capital led both rounds, with participation from V Fund and existing investors including HSG, IDG Capital, Long-Z Investments, Crystal Stream, and Jinqiu Capital.

The new capital will fund continued investment in Math Magic's core AI 3D technology, product development, and the manufacturing and fulfillment infrastructure needed to scale its generation-to-delivery model globally. Alongside the funding announcement, the company released Hi3D V3.0, the latest version of its all-in-one AI 3D creation platform, and is preparing Builda, its creator community for personalized physical products, for global expansion.

Most AI 3D companies focus narrowly on model capability itself. Math Magic operates on both sides of the equation: advancing AI 3D model technology while building the supply-chain capabilities to turn those models into finished physical products. The company has raised $50 million in two rounds to support this approach.

Hi3D V3.0 pushes geometric reconstruction to 2048³

Hi3D V3.0 raises geometric reconstruction to 2048³ voxel resolution, reducing the time artists spend on early-stage modeling. By handling more work around form, proportion, and fine detail, it shifts their focus away from repetitive modeling and repair toward higher-level creative decisions. The same gains extend to industries such as 3D printing, jewelry, and cultural heritage restoration.

The platform also includes specialized tools: a 3D model maker for image-to-3D generation and AI texturing in one workspace, AI texturing for production-ready materials, a split function for 3D printing that adds connectors for assembly, and multicolor preview capabilities. Hi3D will soon introduce a feature that lets anyone create and order a personalized physical product without 3D modeling experience, the company said.

Builda brings AI 3D and physical product delivery together

Builda, the company's creator community, combines creation, sharing, and commerce in one platform. Builda Camera lets users upload a photo, generate a personalized figurine, and have it delivered in just a few taps. This follows the launch of Builda Camera, an app that generates a personalized email from a user's photo.

Together, Hi3D, Builda, and Builda Camera sit on the same core technology and supply-chain capabilities, serving users with various levels of experience and needs.

What investors see in Math Magic

Will Wang, Senior Partner at BAI Capital, said: "Continued advances in AI 3D models are unlocking a growing range of real world creative and industrial applications. From day one, Math Magic has pursued a differentiated path with high long-term potential. On one side, it continues to advance Hi3D's high-precision modeling capabilities; on the other, it brings together intelligent part splitting, multicolor printing machinery equipment, and fulfillment, enabling digital ideas to scale to tangible products."

Kun Wang, another partner at HyT Capital, added: "We believe AI is changing how products are created, making it possible for production to start with individual demand. Math. Magic has built a complete path from AI 3D generation to production and fulfillment, turning personalized creativity into a scalable business."

Why this matters for product development

For product designers, engineers, and creative leads, the takeaway is direct: AI 3D tools are moving from concept to the final delivered product. Hi3D V3.0's higher resolution reduces time into generating early prototypes with less manual fix, while the integrated splitting tools and multicolor printing workflow mean a team can one-click prepare and order a personalized product from within its existing project. For teams evaluating AI for product development, the question shifts from whether AI can help the up. As the technology leaves the realm of experimentation and enters the full capabilities from generation to delivery, workflows need to integrate both - choosing tools that produce usable results and a supply chain that can meet the change in demand cycles.
