Four AI Tools Reshape Real Estate Marketing for Agents
Four companies rolled out AI-powered marketing tools this month, each targeting a specific pain point for real estate professionals: design, video production, image tagging, and lead generation.
Delta Media Group launched Delta Create Studio, an AI design tool built directly into its DeltaNET CRM platform. Agents can generate listing flyers, postcards, and social media graphics by pulling data straight from the CRM-listing details, agent info, and branding populate automatically. The tool includes a drag-and-drop editor and can import designs from Canva and convert them into editable formats within DeltaNET.
Michael Minard, CEO of Delta Media Group, said the platform reduces reliance on third-party tools. "This is not just a design tool. It is a fully integrated productivity solution that eliminates the need for third-party platforms, connects agent workflows, reduces manual, repetitive work, and ensures every piece of marketing aligns with the brokerage's brand and data."
Video startup Editora took a different approach. Its platform converts listing photos into branded videos with music and voiceover, requiring agents to enter only the listing address. The system applies professional editing logic to still images, adds motion effects, and can clone an agent's voice for narration.
Editora founder Julie Drazen said the goal is zero friction. "A listing goes live - a video is waiting for them. That's what automation should feel like."
Restb.ai expanded its reach to 1 million agents across the U.S. and Canada after adding 26 MLSs over 18 months. The computer vision platform tags images automatically, surfaces compliance insights, and enriches property data-all embedded in systems agents already use daily rather than requiring separate software.
SoFi Technologies moved into agent partnerships with two announcements. The fintech company launched a fully digital home equity line of credit and created a Real Estate Advisory Council with more than 50 agents nationwide. Holly Meyer Lucas, a Compass agent and council member, said agents are rarely asked how lenders can provide value. "SoFi is leading the industry by example, creating a culture of collaboration."
For marketing professionals in real estate, these tools signal a shift: AI features are moving from standalone products into the core platforms agents use daily, reducing adoption friction and training overhead.
