Optimizely and Deloitte Digital partner to scale AI personalisation for marketing teams
Optimizely and Deloitte Digital partnered to help brands move from AI strategy to real results using a shared "AI Blueprint for Marketing Leaders." The framework covers experience design, content supply chains, and marketing operating model redesign.

Optimizely and Deloitte Partner to Close the AI Implementation Gap in Marketing
Optimizely and Deloitte Digital announced a strategic partnership to help brands implement AI-driven personalization without the false starts that plague most deployments. The collaboration connects Optimizely's experimentation and AI orchestration platform with Deloitte Digital's transformation and design services.
The partnership addresses a concrete problem: companies are spending heavily on AI and personalization technology but seeing minimal business results. Many organizations lack a clear path from strategy to execution.
The AI Blueprint for Marketing Leaders
The two companies developed an "AI Blueprint for Marketing Leaders" to bridge this gap. The framework focuses on three areas: experience design, content supply chain transformation, and marketing operating model redesign.
Jessica Dannemann, Chief Partnership Officer at Optimizely, said the blueprint helps organizations connect technology to strategy. "The gap between AI ambition and impact has never been more visible," she said. "By working with Deloitte Digital, we're giving organisations something they've been missing: a path that connects the right AI technology to the right strategy, backed by the expertise and organisational change tools to make it stick."
Perrine Masset, Partner at Deloitte Digital, said marketing leaders need outcomes, not more tools. "By combining Optimizely's platform with our experience in marketing transformation, we're helping organisations redesign how they plan, create and deliver digital experiences," she said.
The blueprint emphasizes embedding AI into everyday marketing workflows rather than treating it as a separate initiative.
What This Means for Marketing Teams
For marketing professionals, the partnership signals a shift toward structured AI adoption. Instead of buying point solutions, teams can now access a defined transformation path that includes both technology and organizational change support.
Optimizely One, the company's experimentation and AI orchestration platform, supports this journey by automating content decisions and personalizing experiences at scale.
Meta's Parallel Push in AI Advertising
Meanwhile, Meta is accelerating its own AI advertising capabilities. The company aims to enable brands to fully create and target advertisements using AI by the end of 2026, according to reporting from the Wall Street Journal.
Meta Advantage+ already automates e-commerce campaigns and distributes budgets to high-performing ad sets. The company also developed Andromeda, an AI system that analyzes advertisements in real time and matches them with user interests based on historic engagement data.
Meta's ad revenue grew 24% year over year to $58.1 billion in the fourth quarter of 2025, with CEO Mark Zuckerberg stating that ads will be "by far, the most important driver of growth in our business" over the next couple of years.
