Radisson Hotel Group has rolled out an AI price matching system across its global portfolio that automatically detects and matches lower publicly available rates from third-party booking sites in real time. The technology removes the friction of manual claims - guests no longer need to submit screenshots or wait for approval, and hotel staff avoid the administrative load of verifying price-match requests.

How the system compares rates

The platform continuously scans major online travel agencies including Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Priceline, Trip.com and MakeMyTrip. When a lower rate appears for a Radisson property, the AI verifies the difference and instantly adjusts the price on RadissonHotels.com, redirecting the user to the hotel's own booking page without requiring any extra steps. This replaces the traditional Best Online Rate Guarantee model, which relied on customers to find and report cheaper rates and then wait for manual processing.
