Radisson Hotel Group has rolled out AI-powered price matching across all its properties worldwide, automatically matching lower rates found on third-party booking platforms in real time on RadissonHotels.com. The technology replaces the manual claims process long associated with the hospitality industry's Best Online Rate Guarantee model, removing the need for guests to submit screenshots or wait for approvals.

Replacing the manual rate guarantee

The new system continuously scans public rates on OTAs such as Booking.com, Expedia, Hotels.com, Agoda, Priceline and Trip.com. When it identifies a lower eligible rate, it instantly adjusts the price on the direct booking site without any action required from the traveler. The automation eliminates a friction point that often pushed bookers away from direct channels.
