Restb.ai Reaches 1 Million Real Estate Agents Through MLS Partnerships
Restb.ai, which uses computer vision to analyze property images, said it now serves more than 1 million real estate agents across North America. The company added 26 new MLS partnerships over the past 18 months, making it the most widely deployed AI solution available to agents in the region.
The expansion reflects a shift in how AI tools reach real estate professionals. Rather than forcing agents to adopt new software, Restb.ai embeds its technology directly into the MLS systems agents already use daily.
How the Technology Works
Restb.ai's system automatically analyzes property photos to extract structured data. The technology handles image recognition, automated tagging, compliance checks, and property enrichment without requiring agents to change their workflow.
"Agents are not being asked to learn new systems. Restb.ai technology is built into the systems they already use every day," said Dominik Pogorzelski, President, MLS at Restb.ai.
The company processes more than 1 billion property photos monthly. This volume allows MLSs to improve search functionality, help agents save time, and surface compliance issues before listings go live.
New MLS Deployments
Recent U.S. partnerships include MLSs in Arkansas, Florida, Montana, Virginia, Idaho, Colorado, Michigan, California, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Mississippi, and South Carolina. Canadian organizations in Alberta, British Columbia, and Nova Scotia also adopted the platform.
The deployments span markets of all sizes-from major metros to smaller regional MLSs. This breadth suggests agents across different market conditions now have access to the same AI-powered tools.
A Different Approach to AI Adoption
Nathan Brannen, Chief Product Officer at Restb.ai, said the integration model differs from typical AI rollouts. "AI works best when it's not something agents or brokers have to think about or manage separately," he said.
By embedding AI into existing MLS infrastructure, the company avoids the friction that often accompanies new software adoption. Agents gain capabilities without training overhead or workflow disruption.
