Revive AI Adds Sales Data and Financial Tools for Real Estate Agents

Revive, a home value optimization company, upgraded its AI platform to help real estate agents show homeowners what their properties could be worth after targeted improvements. The new version includes recent sales data, expanded market analysis, home condition reports, and financial modeling tools.

The update addresses a gap in how agents currently work. Automated valuation models give agents a single number for what a home is worth today. Revive AI now layers in condition analysis, renovation recommendations, and neighborhood comparisons to help agents explain why a home might sell for more after strategic updates.

What Changed

The platform now combines several tools in one place:

  • Smart Value Comparison pulls automated estimates from multiple sources so agents can explain where standard valuations may miss value drivers.
  • Local Market Insights show neighborhood trends and how a property compares with nearby homes.
  • Home Condition Analysis breaks down a property room-by-room with recommendations to increase resale potential.
  • Renovation Estimates help agents and homeowners decide whether repairs, a refresh, or no updates make financial sense based on neighborhood standards.
  • Home Financial Overview lets homeowners input mortgage details and see current equity, estimated value, and potential upside with or without renovations.
  • Investment Scenarios help agents model returns and renovation strategies for investor clients through Revive's Flip360 program.

Dalip Jaggi, co-founder and COO of Revive, said the company spent more than a year meeting with agents to understand how they actually work. "Agents don't need another estimate of what a home is worth today," he said. "They need home value intelligence that helps show clients what it could be worth."

Who Uses It

The tool targets listing agents and their sellers. Agents can use it during listing consultations to show homeowners concrete reasons a property might command a higher price. The investment scenarios are available only to agents, not directly to consumers or individual investors.
