RewardinMe has added an AI Agent to its no-code gamification platform, giving marketers a tool that plans campaign strategy, generates content, and recommends rewards. The feature is available immediately to all users, including the roughly 270,000 customers who have participated in RewardinMe campaigns since the platform launched in 2023.
The AI Agent arrives as brands face rising digital advertising costs and shrinking customer attention spans. RewardinMe says its platform can launch a gamified campaign in about three hours, and that brands using it have seen customer engagement rates up to three times higher than with conventional digital campaigns.
What the AI Agent does
The tool offers three functions. An AI Campaign Strategist recommends game mechanics based on a stated business goal. An AI Content Generator produces campaign copy, visuals, and calls-to-action. An AI Reward Optimizer suggests incentives most likely to convert.
During a live campaign, the agent draws on zero-party data collected from participants to refine mechanics and rewards in real time. It also automates campaign planning and performance analysis, replacing what would otherwise require multiple separate tools.
All RewardinMe users get access to the AI Agent with no added infrastructure, alongside more than 20 ready-to-use game templates. White-label campaigns require no coding.
Early results from a wellness brand
HerbaLine Wellness Group, a beauty and wellness company, uses the AI Agent for campaign planning. Marketing manager Mr. Chee Wah said the tool changed where his team spends its time.
"Execution wasn't our problem, but planning was. The AI Agent helps us map our go-to-market strategy, see which channels yield the best response, and decide exactly what content and creative to prepare. As a result, we save time and improve how we onboard new customers while keeping existing ones engaged," he said.
RewardinMe founder Steve Wan framed the tool as a productivity gain rather than a replacement for marketing staff. "The AI Agent is not here to replace marketers. It removes the parts of the job that were never the interesting ones and puts enterprise-grade playable marketing within reach of a business of any size in Southeast Asia," he said.
For marketers exploring how to apply AI to campaign work, the AI for Marketing section covers similar ground. A structured option is the AI Learning Path for Marketing Managers, which walks through strategy, content, and optimization use cases.
Who is using RewardinMe
The platform has users in Malaysia, Cambodia, Indonesia, Taiwan, and Thailand, with Myanmar next. Brands include Cuckoo, Yeo's, Maybank, RHB Bank, Eco-Shop, Tourism Johor, Eu Yan Sang, and AEON Group. The AI Agent targets retail, FMCG, banking, hospitality, tourism, e-commerce, and loyalty operators.
Why this matters for marketers
The practical takeaway is speed. A campaign that once required a strategist, a copywriter, a designer, and a data analyst can now be planned and launched from one interface in hours. That doesn't eliminate the need for marketing judgment - it shifts the work from assembling assets to deciding which goals matter and which audiences to pursue.
