Using AI daily correlates with a 246% higher likelihood of feeling connected to colleagues and a 62% greater sense of belonging at work. Among Gen Z workers, over one-third feel more connected thanks to AI, with nearly 30% stating AI has increased their engagement.

Executives show the highest daily AI use at 43%, followed by senior managers at 35%, and middle managers at 23%. Millennials stand out as confident AI users, with 30% fully understanding AI agents—surpassing Gen Z at 22%. Moreover, 68% of millennials use AI for strategic tasks like drafting, summarizing, and ideation.
