What it does

Affiliates promote the brand in ways the manager cannot watch every day, and one bad ad or missing disclosure can cause legal trouble. Each week this agent searches for ads bidding on brand terms, checks top affiliates' pages and posts for disclosure labels, banned claims and outdated offers, and compares coupon codes found online with authorized ones. It records each violation with a screenshot and date. For each one, it drafts a warning to the affiliate naming the rule and the fix needed, such as adding a disclosure within five days. The manager approves every warning. After the deadline, the agent checks again. If the violation is still there, it escalates; two violations in 90 days put the affiliate up for removal review. The manager decides on removals. Edge case: a leaked coupon on a coupon site is traced to the affiliate it was issued to.
