Each quarter this agent pulls each top affiliate's clicks, conversion rate, average order value and product mix. It finds the biggest untapped opportunity, such as a product they under-promote, or an audience that converts well but gets little traffic. It drafts a one-page growth plan with a proposed bonus, asset or exclusive offer. It then checks the proposal against margin limits and the budget. If the offer fails the check, it loops back and proposes a smaller one. Edge case: affiliates with falling traffic get a check-in instead of an incentive. The manager approves before anything is sent.
