AI agent for tour guides

Audience-Adapted Tour Version Agent

A tour version fitted to each group's needs, with the same checked facts as the master script

Audience-Adapted Tour Version Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

A school class, a seniors' club and a group of architects all want different things from the same walk, and rewriting the tour each time takes hours. This agent takes the guide's master script and the booking's group profile, including age, size, interests, time available and mobility. It picks the stories that suit the group, adjusts vocabulary and adds or removes stops. It then runs two checks. First, does every fact still match the master script? Any fact that drifted while rewording is restored to the master wording. Second, does the estimated speaking and walking time fit the booked length within five minutes? If not, it trims or swaps stories and stops and checks again. The guide reviews and approves every version. Edge case: for school groups it adds links to the class's curriculum topic, but only when the teacher has shared it.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensA seniors' club of 28 booked a 90-minute harbor walk for October 14 with limited mobility. The agent adapted the 2-hour master script, dropped the hill stop and added seated stories. The check failed: estimated time was 104 minutes, and one reworded line gave the wrong year for the lighthouse. It trimmed two stories, fixed the date from the master script, and rechecked at 88 minutes. The guide approved the version.
