AI agent for credit analysts
Borrower Annual Review Package Agent
Deliver a complete, spread and compared annual review for each borrower before committee
What it does
A portfolio of 60 borrowers is due for review this quarter, and each file lacks something. This agent lists the required documents per borrower, such as financial statements, tax returns, rent rolls and insurance certificates. It requests the missing ones with deadlines and logs what arrives. When new financials come in, it spreads them into the standard format and compares them with the last review. It flags changes in key ratios, liquidity or rating drivers. It rechecks completeness before the draft and loops on gaps until the file is ready. The analyst approves the review before it goes to committee. Edge case: statements in a new format are mapped line by line and any mapping gaps are listed.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
