AI agent for social workers

Caseload Contact Compliance Agent

Meet required contact frequencies for every case

Caseload Contact Compliance Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Many child welfare, aging and case management programs require contacts at set frequencies, such as a monthly home visit or a call every two weeks, and audits check every case. This agent tracks each case's required contacts, reads documented contacts from case notes, and lists cases coming due or already overdue. Each week it drafts a visit plan grouped by area to save travel time, which the worker approves. After each contact it checks that documentation was completed within the set window. If a note is missing or a visit was missed, it flags it and updates the due list. Overdue cases go to the supervisor in a weekly report. Edge case: attempted contacts where nobody answered are logged but count only if program policy allows.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensIn the week of May 12, the agent read notes for caseworker Jen Ito's 22 cases. Four monthly home visits were due by May 31. Jen planned three of them. The check on May 26 found one visit done but not documented, and one not scheduled. The agent looped back, flagged both, and drafted a schedule slot. Jen approved it, and all four were compliant by May 30.
