What it does

Each year the board judges the CEO against goals agreed at the start of the year, but reviews often lean on recent impressions. This agent loads those goals, including any revised mid-year, and searches the year's board reports, dashboards and minutes for evidence on each one. It maps every piece of evidence to a goal with a page reference and marks goals with none. If a goal has no evidence, it drafts a request to the committee chair or the CEO's office for the missing figures. It summarizes board survey responses into themes without naming who said what. A goal dropped mid-year by board decision is shown as withdrawn, not missed. It drafts a review pack. The committee makes every judgement and rating.
