AI agent for credit analysts
Credit Exception and Override Log Agent
Make sure every approved exception is tracked until it expires or is resolved.
What it does
Credit exceptions allow a loan that breaks policy in one small way, but the conditions attached to them are often forgotten. This agent reads the exception log and checks each exception's conditions, expiry date and the loan's current performance, such as payment history, covenant status and rating. It flags exceptions due for renewal, ones where a condition was not met, and ones where the loan performs worse than expected. It drafts the report and the renewal paperwork for each case. If a condition is unclear, it checks the original approval memo and adds the missing detail. The credit officer approves the reports and any action.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
