AI agent for senior vice presidents
Customer Escalation War Room Agent
Give leaders one verified picture of an escalation and drive each action to a checked result.
What it does
When a major customer escalates, the facts sit in tickets, emails, contract terms and delivery tools, and each team has its own story. Leaders make decisions on stale information. This agent builds one timeline from tickets, emails, the contract and delivery status. It checks each claim, such as a delivery promised for the 3rd, against the source. It lists open actions with owners and rechecks every few hours. When an owner marks an action done, it verifies the result in the source system. It briefs the executive before each call. The executive approves any message or concession to the customer. Edge case: if the contract has a penalty clause that the delay triggers, it highlights it for legal review.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
Read the steps as a list
- Escalation is declared for a key customer
- Pull tickets, emails, contract terms and delivery status
- Build a single timeline of events
- Is each claim in the timeline backed by a source record? If not: Mark it unverified and ask the owner for the source. Back to step 3.
- List open actions with owners and due times
- Brief the executive before each customer call
- Executive approves any message or concessionThe agent waits here for your OK.
- Recheck sources every 3 hours
- For each action marked done, does the source confirm it?If not: Reopen the action and notify the owner. Back to step 8.
- Closure summary and lessons
How it decides
Treats a fact as confirmed only when found in a system record; ranks open actions by customer impact and time to resolution.
- Unverified claims are shown but marked as such
- An action is done only when the source shows it
- Penalty or credit clauses go to legal review
- Brief is updated at each recheck
