What it does

Each traveler's nationality, passport and route set different entry rules, and a missed visa can cancel a trip at the airport. For every booked international trip, this agent reads each traveler's passport and the itinerary. It looks up entry and transit rules from official government sources only, recording the date checked. It checks each traveler against each rule: passport validity, blank pages, visa or electronic authorization, transit rules for connections, and health or insurance requirements. Dual nationals are checked under the passport they will travel on. When something is missing, it drafts a clear note with steps and deadlines. The travel agent approves client notes. Fourteen days before departure, it rechecks rules and open items in case anything changed. Edge case: dual nationals are checked under their travel passport.
