AI agent for tour guides
Food Tour Dietary Matching Agent
Every guest has a safe, confirmed option at every stop, or a clear alternative.
What it does
Guests have allergies and diets that every stop on a food tour must be able to meet, and the operator checks by phone the day before. The agent reads the guests' dietary notes, checks each stop's menu and kitchen limits, such as cross contact with nuts, and proposes substitutions. If a stop cannot serve a guest safely, it drafts a message to the stop to ask for an alternative and rechecks once the stop replies. It builds a plan per stop. The operator approves the plan and every message. Edge case: a guest with a severe allergy where the stop cannot guarantee a clean kitchen, so the agent suggests skipping that stop.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
