AI agent for investor relations managers

Management Presentation Rehearsal Agent

Each executive can answer the top hard questions accurately and consistently before the meeting

Management Presentation Rehearsal Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Management teams often present well but stumble on tough questions about customer churn, margins or the forecast. This agent prepares them. It reads the deck, the data room and any buyer or investor feedback, then builds a list of likely hard questions ranked by how much they could hurt. It runs practice rounds with each executive, scores the answers against the facts in the data room, and flags answers that are vague, wrong or inconsistent with another executive's answer. It then re-asks the weak ones after the executive revises them and scores again, until each answer is accurate and consistent. The banker or IR lead approves final materials and the answer sheet. Edge case: the CEO and CFO give different churn numbers, so the agent stops the round and reconciles them first.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

It scores an answer on accuracy against documents, consistency across speakers and clarity, and it repeats the question until the score passes a set bar.

  • Rank questions by deal impact and likelihood
  • Stop the round if two executives give different figures
  • Require a score of 8 out of 10 for the top 10 questions
  • Mark answers over 90 seconds as too long

An example run

What happensFor a Thursday meeting the agent listed 22 questions. In round one, the CFO gave 91% net revenue retention while the CEO said 94%. The check failed. The agent paused, found 92.6% in the data room, and both executives revised. Two other answers scored 6 for vagueness. The second round brought all ten top questions to 8 or higher. The banker approved the answer sheet.
