AI agent for chief marketing officers

Marketing Asset Claim Alignment Agent

Campaign assets make only approved, supported claims.

Marketing Asset Claim Alignment Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

Banners, videos and ad copy sometimes overstate what a product does. This agent pulls every claim from the text, images and video captions in a campaign. It matches each one to the approved claim library and checks that the supporting evidence is still current. When only a qualified version of a claim is approved, it rewrites the wording to keep the conditions, such as 'up to' or 'for teams using automations'. When there is no approved claim or evidence, it asks the brand team instead of guessing. After edits it rechecks the whole asset set. The brand lead approves before publication. Edge case: a banner says 'saves 2 hours a day' but the approved claim is narrower.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

It narrows wording to the supported claim and never invents benefits.

  • Qualified claims keep all their conditions.
  • Never invent a benefit or number not in the library.
  • Expired evidence counts as no evidence.

Make it yours

Every agent is a starting point. You choose these settings for your own situation.

  • Where the approved claim library lives
  • Evidence age limit (default 24 months)
  • Which asset types to scan (copy, banners, video captions)
  • Who answers questions about missing evidence

What keeps you in control

It always asks you first

  • Publication
  • New product claims

Hard limits

  • No new claims.

It stops when

  • Done: all claims supported.

An example run

What happensFor a 15 April campaign the agent checks 22 assets and extracts 41 claims. The library check fails on 3. A banner says 'saves 2 hours a day', but the approved claim is 'up to 2 hours for teams using automations'; it restores the conditions. One video caption cites a 2023 study past its review date, so it asks the brand team. The recheck passes. The brand lead approves.
