What it does

Many affiliates are approved and then never place a single link. This agent starts when an affiliate is approved and sends the welcome kit. It then checks each stage over the first 30 days: was a link created, did it get clicks, did a first sale happen. For each stage, it picks the next nudge or offer of help, such as a how-to guide, a product sample or a call. If the nudge brings no progress, it tries a different one. Partners who are stuck are queued for a personal note that the manager approves. Edge case: affiliates who are on a long approval review get no nudges until the manager clears them.
