AI agent for director of business developments
Partnership Pipeline Review Agent
Keep every active partnership moving with a dated next step and a named owner
What it does
Business development leaders juggle many partnership discussions at different stages, and some quietly die while waiting on the internal team. Every two weeks this agent reads the partner tracker, recent emails and meeting notes. It records each partner's last contact, next agreed step and open items, such as a pending legal review. A partner is stale with no contact in 21 days or a missed next step date. For stale partners it finds who owns the open item: if it sits with an internal team, the nudge goes internally first; otherwise it drafts a partner nudge. Partners in a stated budget freeze are parked with a review date. Two weeks later it checks whether nudges got replies and escalates those that did not. Partners stale for 90 days get a drop suggestion. The leader approves partner nudges and decides which partnerships to push or drop.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
