AI agent for fundraisers

Peer-to-Peer Campaign Coach Agent

More participants reach their goals because stalls are caught and coached early

Peer-to-Peer Campaign Coach Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

In a peer-to-peer campaign, many participants set up a page and then go quiet. Fundraisers rarely have time to coach each one. During the campaign this agent checks every participant's progress against their goal and the average pace, and finds those who have stalled, for instance no gift in seven days or no shares. It drafts a targeted nudge with a tip that matches the cause, such as a template to email five friends or a thank-you reminder. After a few days it checks whether anything moved, and tries a different nudge if not. It also highlights who is close to a goal so they can be recognized. The fundraiser approves messages. Edge case: a participant already met the goal, so the agent sends a stretch goal, not a reminder.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

How it decides

A participant is stalled when no gift or activity appears for 7 days and they are below 50 percent of goal. The nudge type follows the likely cause.

  • Treat 7 days without activity and under 50 percent of goal as stalled
  • Send at most one nudge every 3 days to the same person
  • Offer a stretch goal after a goal is met
  • Vary the message when the first nudge failed

Make it yours

An example run

What happensMidway through a run, 62 of 300 participants have stalled. Most have not shared their page. The agent drafts a nudge with a five-friend email template. After three days 24 have new activity. For the other 38 the agent tries a thank-you tip. Five participants hit goal and get stretch goals. The fundraiser approves each batch.
