AI agent for sports coachs
Player Development Review Agent
Every player has goals and regular feedback
What it does
Players improve faster with clear individual goals and regular feedback, yet most get little of either because coaches run out of time. Once a month this agent pulls each player's stats, the coaches' skill ratings and tagged clips, and compares them with the goals set at the last review. It drafts a short feedback note: one strength first, what improved, what to work on, and up to two new goals. It checks each goal is specific and measurable and rewrites vague ones like play harder into a number and a time frame. If a goal still cannot be measured from the data the club collects, it asks the coach to pick a measure. The coach meets each player to talk it through and decides the final goals. Edge case: for young players, notes are also shared with parents if club policy says so.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
