AI agent for speechwriters
Speaker Voice Library Upkeep Agent
Keep new drafts free of overused phrases while staying in the speaker's voice.
What it does
A principal who speaks 50 times a year starts repeating favorite stories, and audiences notice. This agent indexes all past speeches and records which phrases, anecdotes and jokes were used, when, and for which audience. When you write a new draft, it checks the text against the library and flags overused material. It then proposes fresh options from approved sources, such as stories the speaker has told and approved but not used. After you edit the draft, it checks again until the repeats are gone. You decide what enters the library. Edge case: a story about the speaker's first job was used at two events last month, and the agent flags it for the new draft.
How it works
Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.
