What it does
Before each game every player needs a current physical, signed consent and medical forms, and academic or league eligibility, and away games need a travel plan. Missing paperwork found on game day means a player sits out. Each week this agent checks every player's documents and eligibility status, reminds families about missing or expiring items, and tells the coach who is at risk. Physicals expire yearly and academic eligibility is checked weekly. Forty-eight hours before each game it checks again; anyone still not eligible gets a second reminder and the coach is told privately. For away games it builds the travel sheet with departure time, roster, drivers or bus, and emergency contacts. The coach confirms the final roster and travel plan. Edge case: a player who becomes academically ineligible is flagged to the coach privately, never to the team.
