AI agent for solutions architects

Technical Proposal Assembly Agent

A complete, consistent proposal with every requirement answered

Technical Proposal Assembly Agent: what goes in, what the agent does and what you get

What it does

An RFP may have hundreds of requirements, and one wrong or outdated answer can cost the deal or create a promise the team cannot keep. When an RFP arrives, this agent breaks it into a compliance matrix. For each requirement it searches the approved answer library and the current solution design, drafts an answer and marks it met, partly met or not met. It never claims met without evidence in the design, and partial answers explain the gap. It then checks the whole draft for unanswered items, contradictions between answers or with the architecture, and mentions of retired products. Any problem blocks completion and goes back for redrafting. The architect approves the final response and every not met answer before submission. Edge case: an answer copied from an older proposal that names a retired product is flagged even if the rest is right.

How it works

Follow the arrows from top to bottom. The orange dashed arrow is the loop: when a check fails, the agent goes back and tries again.

An example run

What happensA 220-item RFP from a city transit agency was due June 30. The first full check failed: 14 answers copied from a 2023 proposal named a retired reporting tool, and two answers gave different encryption methods. The agent redrafted them from the current design and rechecked, and everything passed. The architect approved the response, including 6 not met items, on June 27.
