What it does
Visa interviews go wrong when clients give answers that do not match their application, often from nerves rather than dishonesty. Before an interview, this agent reviews the application and documents and lists likely questions for the route. It drafts a practice set, which the consultant approves, and notes the facts the client must answer consistently, such as dates, addresses and employer details. It runs a practice session through chat or a form and compares answers with the application. Mismatched dates and vague answers on key facts are flagged, and it runs another practice round on those areas. Any new fact not in the application is raised to the consultant. The consultant reviews results and does the coaching. Edge case: the client gives a different wedding date from the one on the marriage certificate, so the agent flags it for the consultant.
