What it does
A trip abroad can end a pending application or leave the client unable to return. Clients ask late, and the consultant has to check passport validity, status and processing times by hand. This agent reads the client's status, pending cases and planned trips. It checks passport validity, re-entry rules, visa conditions and expected processing times, and flags risk. When the client changes dates, it reruns the check. It drafts advice for the consultant. Nothing goes to the client without approval. Edge case: a client plans a two-week trip while a renewal is pending, but biometrics may be requested in that window, so the agent marks it as a risk.
