Epho is a cloud agent API that runs Claude Code, Codex, or Opencode in managed cloud sandboxes. It launched this week as an agents-as-an-API product. The service handles sandbox provisioning, agent configuration, repo cloning, and event streaming behind a single POST request.

Review

Epho came out of the founders' work building an AI analyst, where they had to configure bare sandboxes for agentic workloads and build integrations for each agent. The product wraps those operational concerns into one API call. It's a straightforward utility for developers who want to run coding agents without managing the infrastructure themselves.
