AI tool

Wingmen

Wingmen monitors online conversations to identify people already discussing problems your product solves. It then drafts personalized outreach and automates follow-ups until a meeting is booked, serving sales teams and founders.

About Wingmen

Wingmen is an agentic outreach tool that identifies people already signaling they need what you sell - through posts about a problem, new hires, or job changes. It scores those leads, writes openers based on what the person actually said, and follows up on autopilot until a call is booked. The tool runs in a web app or directly from Claude via the Wingmen MCP.

Wingmen flips the typical outbound script. Instead of building lists from job titles and blasting generic messages, it watches for buying signals in public posts and uses that context to generate the first message. The follow-up engine runs on autopilot but stops across all channels the moment someone replies, so you don't end up with queued emails after a LinkedIn response.

Key Features

  • Radar - runs daily to surface buying signals from recent posts, including complaints about tools, job changes, and problem mentions. Most signals are a few days old, not weeks.
  • Signal-first lead view - each lead displays the original signal and the post they commented on, so you can judge relevance before anything goes out.
  • Autopilot follow-ups - sequences messages across channels and stops immediately when a reply comes in on any channel. Queued emails don't get drafted or sent.
  • Existing contact re-engagement - works on old threads, connections who went quiet, and inbound leads that were never followed up.
  • Claude integration via MCP - run Wingmen directly from Claude instead of the web app.

Pricing and Value

Wingmen offers a 7-day free trial. For the Product Hunt launch period (until December 31), the code PH30 gives 30% off for life. Standard pricing beyond the launch discount hasn't been published yet. The free trial gives access to the full feature set so you can test Radar, autopilot follow-ups, and the Claude MCP integration before committing.

Pros

  • Opener messages reference what someone actually posted, which is a concrete alternative to title-based templates.
  • Radar runs daily, keeping signals fresh - most are from the last few days rather than weeks-old posts.
  • Autopilot stops cleanly on first reply across channels, preventing awkward duplicate messages.
  • Works on both new leads and existing contacts that went cold, so it's not limited to net-new prospecting.
  • MCP integration lets teams already using Claude stay in that environment for outreach tasks.

Cons

  • Pricing beyond the launch discount is not yet defined, which makes long-term budgeting unclear.
  • Public replies are a planned feature, not something you can use today - the roadmap mentions it's being built next.
  • The tool is not well suited for teams that rely on high-volume, list-based outbound with minimal personalization, since the approach depends on catching individual buying signals rather than blasting a fixed sequence to a large list.

Wingmen makes the most sense for founders, small B2B teams, and agencies who already believe the best replies come from people already talking about the problem. If your outbound strategy lives and dies by volume metrics, the signal-based approach here won't fit. But if you're tired of sending hundreds of title-based openers into the void, the daily Radar and signal-first messaging are worth testing during the trial.
