AgentShare is a helper you connect to your AI so it can look up shopping prices and Solana crypto market data on your behalf. It is handy if you compare product offers across shops or follow DeFi pools and want quick, plain answers instead of clicking through many sites. Some parts of it cost a small amount per request, so it is mostly aimed at people who are comfortable with that.
What is an MCP server? The 30-second version
On its own, your AI can only chat with you using what it already knows. An MCP server is a small helper program that gives your AI a new skill or a connection to an outside service. This one connects your AI to AgentShare, which gathers product prices and Solana and Meteora DeFi data. Once it is connected, you can just ask a question and your AI goes and fetches the answer for you.
What this MCP server does
You ask your AI something like which shop has the cheapest version of a product, or how a Meteora pool is doing. Your AI sends that request to this helper, which talks to AgentShare's service. AgentShare looks up the price comparison or the DeFi data and sends it back. Your AI then turns that into a short answer in your chat, with the numbers and details it found. Some requests are paid per use, so the service may ask for a small payment before it answers.

What you need
- An AgentShare account and API key (a kind of password for apps, from agentshare.dev)
- A way to pay per request if you do not use an API key, since some requests cost a small amount in USDC
- An AI app that can connect to MCP servers, like Cursor or Claude
