Judan Financial: IHC's AI-enabled platform consolidates AED 870bn+ AuM across 20+ companies

IHC plans to launch Judan Financial Holding as a unified platform for its financial services portfolio across banking, insurance, asset management, NBFIs and fintech. The platform is expected to oversee more than AED 870 billion in assets under management, serve 11 million+ clients across 13+ countries, and target an approximate valuation of AED 100 billion.

Judan will raise third-party institutional capital, giving global investors access to a scaled, diversified financial services group. Despite its size, the company will remain private to preserve flexibility in deal-making, capital allocation and integration.

Ownership and leadership

Judan Financial will be jointly owned by IHC and subsidiaries Alpha Dhabi Holding, 2PointZero Group and Sirius International Holding, with each contributing strategic assets subject to regulatory approvals. The mandate is clear: consolidate, professionalize, and scale over the next five years through disciplined capital deployment and technology-led integration.

The platform will be chaired by H.H. Sheikh Tahnoon bin Zayed Al Nahyan. H.E. Mohamed Hassan Alsuwaidi will serve as Vice Chairman, Managing Director and CEO. As stated, Judan is built on strong governance, long-term capital and differentiated platforms, with the goal of sustained growth and long-term value creation across international markets.
