Accenture (NYSE: ACN) announced plans to acquire NeuraFlash, a prominent Salesforce and generative AI consulting firm known for its agentic solutions in sales, service, and field service operations. This move is set to enhance Accenture's Salesforce generative AI and managed services offerings while broadening its presence in mid-market industries worldwide.

NeuraFlash has successfully completed over 1,000 implementations for more than 400 clients globally, demonstrating deep expertise in delivering intelligent Salesforce solutions.

Strengthening Talent and Technology

The acquisition will bring approximately 510 skilled professionals, holding over 2,000 certifications, into Accenture’s Salesforce Business Group. These experts are primarily based in North America, Colombia, and India. Combining Accenture’s broad technology and industry insights with NeuraFlash’s generative AI and agentic capabilities will allow clients to deploy and scale AI-powered solutions faster and more effectively.

In addition to its strong Salesforce and Agentforce experience, NeuraFlash offers significant Amazon Web Services (AWS) expertise, enabling personalized machine learning and generative AI experiences within contact centers.
