Agnes AI Introduces AI-Native Filters for Unique, Chat-Ready Creative Work

Agnes AI just rolled out AI-Native Filters, a feature that turns a single photo upload into a fresh image or a short video-directly inside group chats. For creatives, that means concepting, iterating, and sharing without bouncing between apps.

Each output is unique. No more one-size-fits-all overlays or recycled presets. You drop an asset in the chat, generate variations, and keep the momentum going while the conversation is still alive.

Why this matters for creatives

  • Originality at scale: Every render is one-of-one, so your work doesn't look like everyone else's.
  • Flow over friction: Generate, refine, and ship ideas without leaving the chat thread.
  • Faster feedback loops: Teammates can remix each other's clips and images in-line.
  • From spark to deliverable: Move a chat into slides or a polished visual in minutes.

How AI-Native Filters work

Upload one image, choose a creative template, and Agnes generates a new asset-image or short video-based on your input. It's built into Group Chat, so you can respond with versions, remix a teammate's output, or tee up a quick pitch visual on the spot.

Use cases you can run today

  • Art direction sprints: Turn customer photos into style frames or concepts for client review.
  • Social content: Generate unique short clips for story formats and reactive posts.
  • Moodboards that move: Create animated references from a single still.
  • Pitch polish: Reply in-thread with on-brand variations before exporting to slides.

Five-minute quick start

  • Open a Group Chat in Agnes and drop in a reference image.
  • Pick a Filter template that matches your concept intent.
  • Generate 2-3 options, then ask teammates to remix the best one.
  • Use Quick Search to pull prior references from chats and docs.
  • Export to Slides for client-ready sequencing and notes.

Market traction and reach

Since launching in July 2025, Agnes reports 3 million registered users and 200,000 daily active users. The app ranks among the Top 10 productivity apps on Google Play across the Philippines, Vietnam, Indonesia, and other Southeast Asian markets, and reached Top 9 in its category on October 31, 2025.

About half of the user base comes from Southeast Asia, positioning Agnes as a Singapore-born product gaining broader visibility.

Funding and next steps

The company says it is closing a multi-million-dollar round at a valuation above USD 100 million. It also expects additional funding in the USD 300-500 million range, with plans to train a regional large language model and expand into Latin America and the Middle East.

What the team says

"Most social apps make sharing easy but not meaningful," said Bruce Yang, Founder and CEO of Agnes AI. "Everyone uses the same filters, the same poses, the same templates. Agnes changes that by embedding real creativity directly into conversations, turning every exchange into an opportunity for authentic expression."

He added, "We want to demonstrate that world-class AI can be built right here and serve millions across the region and beyond. The success of AI-Native Filters validates our approach-users want creativity embedded naturally into their daily communication."

Who will get the most value

  • Creative directors and designers who need fast, unique variations during reviews.
  • Social and content teams working in tight feedback loops.
  • Indie creators who want idea-to-post without extra tools.
  • Agencies assembling pitch visuals under deadline.
