When fact-checking, traditional sources remain reliable. Books and academic references won't contain AI-generated errors masquerading as fact.

Understanding how prompt engineering works can help you get more reliable outputs from these tools. But the fundamental limitation remains: generative AI finds and mimics patterns of words. Being right or wrong is secondary to generating a sentence.
