Strategic Move to Strengthen Healthcare Innovation in India

New Delhi, Delhi, 6th September 2025 – The integration of Artificial Intelligence (AI) into healthcare is becoming essential for improving diagnostics and treatment delivery. The partners plan to invest around €25 million (approximately INR 225 crores) to establish an R&D and Data Center in India. Party A will contribute 76% of the investment, while Party B will provide 24%. The venture is expected to generate revenues close to INR 300 crores by the third year, with an anticipated annual growth rate of 30% thereafter.
