What you'll do
- Own product vision, strategy, roadmaps, and measurable outcomes across multiple business units.
- Turn business needs into user stories, functional specs, and acceptance criteria.
- Prioritize features by value, feasibility, risk, and user validation.
- Run discovery workshops, prototyping, and sprint planning with fusion teams (IT SMEs, business SMEs, UX, data/AI engineers, PMs).
- Plan and execute UAT, define scenarios, and validate acceptance with end users.
- Ship iteratively: prototype, test, deploy, and refine based on user and performance insights.
- Partner with UX to ensure intuitive, accessible experiences for AI features and copilots.
- Drive adoption: onboarding guides, training, demos, and internal comms.
- Ensure compliance with security, data privacy, responsible AI, and operational risk standards.
- Benchmark against market tech, evaluate vendors/PoCs, and advise on new AI opportunities.

- 8-12 years in product management, digital delivery, or AI projects (financial services or multinational experience is a plus).
- Degree in computer science, engineering, information systems, or related fields. Relevant product/AI certifications are a plus.
- Hands-on with AI/ML applications, enterprise AI services, LLM-based copilots, agent workflows, and data-informed product design.
- Strong in user-centric design, agile delivery, and rapid prototyping.
- Comfortable assessing model behavior, responsible AI considerations, and basic analytics.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management.
- Clear prioritization and decision-making under constraints.
- Fluent in English; collaborative across diverse teams; actively learning new AI tech.
