Allianz and Anthropic are partnering to accelerate responsible AI across the Group. The focus: equipping employees, automating operations with agentic AI, and meeting strict regulatory expectations with full auditability.

Three projects driving responsible AI

Anthropic's Claude models will sit inside Allianz's internal AI platform, available to employees across functions. "Claude Code" is already supporting thousands of developers, speeding up software delivery and improving code quality.

Model Context Protocols (MCPs) will let teams securely connect to data across apps and services. For IT and business users, this means quicker access to context, fewer swivel-chair tasks, and cleaner handoffs.

2) Agentic AI automation for speed and customer excellence

Allianz and Anthropic are building custom AI agents that can run multi-step workflows at scale - from intake documentation to claims handling in lines such as motor and health. Expect fewer manual steps, faster first payments, and more consistent service where it matters most.
