T-Mobile Executive Joins Arrive AI Board as Autonomous Delivery Startup Scales

Arrive AI appointed Michael Fitz, Vice President of Solutions and Indirect Channels at T-Mobile for Business, to its Board of Directors on April 14. Fitz brings over 30 years of experience in telecommunications and enterprise technology to the autonomous delivery network company.

Arrive AI operates a platform for last-mile delivery using drones, ground robots, and human couriers. The company's patented technology - an AI-powered access point called Arrive Points - handles package exchanges with security controls and real-time tracking. The patent was filed four days before Amazon's competing system.

Why This Matters for Strategy Leaders

Fitz's background directly addresses Arrive AI's infrastructure needs. At T-Mobile, he manages teams deploying 5G, fixed wireless internet, IoT, and private networks for enterprise customers. He also oversees the company's partner ecosystem and reseller channels - critical for scaling a delivery network that depends on connectivity.

His previous role as General Manager of T-Mobile's Global Wireline business gives him experience running multi-billion-dollar divisions through growth and modernization. That operational track record matters for a company building physical infrastructure at scale.

The Board Addition

Dan O'Toole, Arrive AI's CEO, said Fitz's insight into 5G, IoT, and partner ecosystems would help accelerate growth. Fitz holds an MBA from the University of Maryland and a bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering from Bucknell University. He also spent 12 years on the Board of National Safe Place, including six years as Chairman.

"Arrive AI sits at the intersection of artificial intelligence and the physical movement of goods," Fitz said in a statement.
