Clinical displays with EU MDR Class 1 certification

The ASUS MH series clinical displays - MH3281A (32-inch OLED), MH2741A (27-inch), and MH2441A (23.1-inch) - are certified under EU MDR Class 1. They are tuned for radiology and PACS, meeting DICOM Part 14 GSDF to keep grayscale performance accurate and consistent. Scheduled calibration and DICOM compensation reduce variability and help keep images reliable over time.

  • AGLR panels and TÜV Rheinland certifications for flicker-free and low-blue-light operation
  • Built to comply with ISO 13485 quality management standards

For breast imaging, ASUS also introduced the MA2482A: a 23.8-inch, 8MP IPS medical display with 2000 nits peak brightness and a built-in motorized colorimeter for self-calibration. It is calibrated for JND < 10% to support mammographic analysis and includes 12G-SDI, USB-C®, HDMI®, and DisplayPort™ for flexible connectivity.

  • Antibacterial coating on housing and controls to inhibit bacterial and fungal growth
  • Undergoing processes for FDA Class II 510(k), TFDA Class II, and EU MDR Class 1 classification

Point-of-care imaging meets no-code AI

The ASUS LU800 handheld wireless ultrasound supports quick scans in emergency departments, outpatient clinics, and at the bedside. Its portable, cable-free design lets clinicians move from room to room without slowing down care.

Alongside the device, the ASUS no-code AI builder helps teams create custom imaging AI without writing code. It uses real-world imaging data for training and validation so models reflect clinical needs and can be deployed where they make the most impact.

Continuous monitoring with VivoWatch and HealthAI Genie

ASUS VivoWatch provides medical-grade blood pressure and ECG monitoring with continuous data capture, making it useful for detecting silent or asymptomatic patterns outside the clinic. This supports ongoing care, not just snapshot visits.

A cloud-based vital sign platform integrates with hospital HIS or cloud systems via API/SDK to enable real-time remote patient monitoring and post-discharge follow-up. ASUS HealthAI Genie brings VivoWatch data into a generative AI engine to produce research insights, creating a closed loop from data acquisition to storage and analysis.

What this means for your hospital

  • Consistent imaging quality for radiology and PACS reduces retakes and improves reading confidence
  • POCUS with LU800 speeds assessments in ED and inpatient settings
  • Remote monitoring helps extend care beyond the ward and may support earlier interventions
  • Built-in calibration, antibacterial coatings, and standards compliance lower maintenance friction and support infection control
