With 20 years of experience in AI and emerging technologies, Florin brings a global outlook and strong industry influence. A 25-year veteran of Avanade, he has held roles such as Chief Innovation Officer and Global Digital Lead. Recognized by Entrepreneur Magazine as “Top 10 CTOs To Watch in 2023” and awarded “2024 Chief AI Officer of the Year,” his expertise will be key in delivering secure, end-to-end digital solutions.
- Laurent Soulier, EVP Strategy and Operational Excellence, brings a blend of public sector and private enterprise experience. A graduate of Ecole Polytechnique and Telecom Paris, Laurent has worked in cybersecurity at the Ministry of Defense and led digital transformation and M&A strategies at companies like Adecco and Foncia. His role will focus on driving operational efficiency and profitable growth through strategic initiatives.
- Pénélope de Fouquières, SVP in charge of Communication, has 20 years of experience in corporate communications and brand management. Her career spans journalism with French TV group M6, strategic communications at the African Development Bank, and leading communications at ELSAN, a major French private healthcare group. Pénélope will strengthen Atos’ brand identity and external engagement.
- Camille le Provost, Head of M&A, is an expert in complex, international mergers and acquisitions. A graduate of EM Lyon, Camille has led major deals at BNP Paribas and Rabobank. After a brief period dedicated to theater, she has advised executives on growth strategies and served as Head of M&A for the Anjac Group. Her role will focus on guiding Atos’ external growth and acquisition activities.
