What leaders can do now
- Set a 90-day AI plan that targets one high-impact workflow in your function (service, risk, or operations) and measures time saved and error reduction.
- Run a vendor sprint with two shortlisted providers; compare outcomes, security posture, and integration effort.
- Establish lightweight governance: owner, data rules, model monitoring, and an escalation path.
- Upskill managers and analysts so pilots don't stall-review role-based learning paths and certifications.
