AVI Polymers launches AI healthcare subsidiary for India market
AVI Polymers Limited announced on February 18 that it has created a new subsidiary, AVI AI Technologies Private Limited, to build AI-driven personal healthcare platforms for India. The move marks the company's entry into digital health as smartphone penetration and telemedicine adoption accelerate across the country.
The subsidiary will develop mobile-first platforms focused on accessibility and preventive care. AVI AI Technologies plans to launch personalized health dashboards, smart scoring systems to track wellness, and AI healthcare assistants that offer symptom guidance in multiple languages.
What the platform will include
- Risk alerts and health reminders for preventive care
- Family health management features to track multiple household members
- Medication tracking across family profiles
- Lifestyle recommendations for nutrition, sleep, and habit improvement
- Integration capabilities with clinics and healthcare providers
The platform will use conversational AI interfaces to guide users through health decisions. AI for healthcare applications like these aim to detect health risks early and promote preventive care rather than reactive treatment.
Managing Director Chintan Yashwantbhai Patel announced the subsidiary in compliance with SEBI regulations. AVI Polymers said the move reflects its strategy to invest in innovation-led sectors and build scalable business platforms.
The company joins other organizations developing AI healthcare tools in India, where digital health adoption continues to grow.
