Axiado and GIGABYTE Present AI Hardware Security and Thermal Management at COMPUTEX 2025

The collaboration integrates Axiado’s Trusted Control/Compute Unit (TCU) into GIGABYTE’s NVIDIA MGX™-based AI servers. This combination offers silicon-level threat detection paired with dynamic thermal management (DTM) that optimizes power use and cooling. The result is improved security and energy efficiency, supporting efforts to reduce data center carbon footprints.

Key Features Demonstrated

• Zero-Trust Security Architecture: Axiado’s TCU merges Root of Trust (RoT), Baseboard Management Controller (BMC), Trusted Platform Module (TPM), secure networking, Netboot, and AI-powered threat detection in a single system-on-chip (SoC). It enables real-time anomaly detection and rapid attack mitigation.
• Dynamic Thermal Management: The integrated DTM solution continuously adjusts power and cooling to enhance energy efficiency and lower environmental impact.
• Validated NVIDIA Integration: The demonstration featured the TCU deployed on GIGABYTE’s Intel-based XL44-SX1 server with NVIDIA MGX™ architecture, showcasing scalable infrastructure ready for AI and hyperscale cloud workloads.
