Axiado Brings Autonomous AI Agents in Silicon to OCP Global Summit 2025
SANTA CLARA, Calif., Oct. 13, 2025 - Axiado will showcase autonomous AI agents embedded in its Trusted Control/Compute Unit (TCU) at the OCP Global Summit 2025, October 13-16 at the San Jose Convention Center. The goal: make servers more secure, efficient, and easier to manage at scale.
As AI and accelerated computing stretch data center designs, Axiado positions AI inside the silicon to move security and operations from reactive to proactive. The approach promises tighter control below the OS and better system utilization with less manual intervention.
"Axiado redefines platform security and system management by putting AI agents where they matter most, inside the silicon itself," said Gopi Sirineni, CEO of Axiado. "We're working with partners across the OCP ecosystem to create infrastructure that is resilient, efficient, and secure."
Why this matters for management
- OPEX impact: Intelligent optimization can save up to $20,000 per rack per year by tuning cooling and adjusting GPU/CPU settings in real time.
- Risk reduction: Pre-boot threat detection and mitigation shrink exposure windows before the OS loads.
- Interoperability: Cross-vendor support (AMD, Intel, NVIDIA) reduces lock-in and simplifies fleet standardization.
- Faster integration: OCP DC-SCM and NVIDIA IFF form factors align with common deployment paths for OEMs and ODMs.
What Axiado will show at Booth A1
- AI-Driven System Optimization: On-chip agents analyze telemetry and adjust operational settings to improve efficiency.
- AI-Driven Hardware Security: Continuous monitoring, analysis, and threat mitigation before boot.
- TCU Integration: Unified platform combining Root of Trust (RoT), TPM, BMC, secure networking, and on-chip AI inference.
- Cross-Platform Collaboration: Demonstrations across AMD, Intel, and NVIDIA architectures.
- OCP-Ready Designs: Deployable in OCP DC-SCM and NVIDIA IFF form factors.
Live demonstrations across partner platforms
- AI on Pegatron/NVIDIA GB200: With Axiado SCM3080-MT running Dynamic Thermal Management (DTM), AI-driven DVFS, vulnerability scanning, and a secure co-pilot.
- Telemetry (DOCA) on Supermicro/NVIDIA server: With SCM3080-MT using NVIDIA DOCA for telemetry and system optimization.
- NVIDIA GH200: Integrated with Axiado SCM3080-MT.
- Jabil AMD EPYC "Turin" 2U server: Integrated with Axiado SCM3002.
- Gigabyte Intel server: Integrated with Axiado SCM3002.
How it works
Axiado's Secure Control Modules (SCM3002 and SCM3080-MT), powered by AX3000 and AX3080 TCUs, embed autonomous AI agents below the OS. Operating independently from the host CPU and OS, they continuously monitor, secure, and optimize system behavior in real time.
This below-OS visibility enables proactive protection and ongoing performance tuning. With AI-driven dynamic voltage and frequency scaling (DVFS), the platform reduces power draw without impacting performance.
Business outcomes to track
- Energy cost per rack and thermal headroom across high-density nodes
- Pre-boot threat detection rate, mean time to detect (MTTD), and mean time to respond (MTTR)
- GPU/CPU utilization versus power consumption during peak loads
- Time-to-integrate on OCP DC-SCM and NVIDIA IFF hardware paths
