Mike joins Basis following a four-year tenure at Amazon, where he led product development for Sponsored Product ads allocation and pricing on off-search pages. His work involved building and scaling engineering and applied science teams that used AI to boost ad relevance and performance.
Before Amazon, Mike was VP of Engineering at Basis, contributing significantly to the platform’s development. His career also includes leadership roles in software development at major financial institutions such as Citi, Barclays Capital, and Morgan Stanley.
